It's important to me to use my professional skills to help my community thrive. Over the years, I've served through volunteer work with organizations such as my local planning commission and Boy Scouts Area Council. I've also enjoyed a long professional relationship with Chambliss Center for Children, helping them build housing for teens about to age out of the foster care system, a playground, and a thrift shop to raise money for the important work they do. I worked with the Center for Mindful Living, a Chattanooga non-profit dedicated to mindfulness work in the community, to find and outfit a new physical location in 2015. And I'm excited about my current work with green|spaces, a Chattanooga non-profit that is helping Chattanooga reduce its energy use.

“The right architect for us.”

Wayne provided a unique design to transform our 1970's era home into an open floor plan. After sharing our goals, he used his vision to give us multiple scenarios to consider.

We admired his patience during the design process, since we both had very different expectations in mind. However, he was able to arrive at the perfect design which accomplished our desire for more natural lighting, open spaces, and well-organized storage.

His professionalism and detailed architectural blueprints guided our contractor every step of the way. Ultimately, he was the right architect for our situation, for our budget, and for us.
