Wayne Williams, AIA, LEED AP

Hi. I’m Wayne.

I’m a registered architect with over 30 years of experience. I earned my Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 1993 and I’ve been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008. I’m licensed in multiple states across the southeast.

I started my career in Birmingham, Alabama, and in 1999, relocated  to my hometown of Chattanooga, Tennesee where I worked for a number of firms before opening Workshop Architecture in 2016.

Over the years I’ve touched virtually every project type, from home renovations to landmark institutional buildings. I have extensive expertise in K-12 and higher education projects as well as commercial and mixed-use commercial buildings, but my work history also includes historic restoration, facilities needs analysis, and multi-family residential projects. Today, I focus on custom homes, infill multi-family housing, and neighborhood commercial projects for other small business owners.
